Reuterina daily® is a dietary supplement containing the patented lactic acid bacterium Limosilactobacillus reuteri (formerly known as Lactobacillus reuteri) Protectis® (L. reuteri DSM 17938) that helps the good microorganisms restore a natural balance in the gut. Because L. reuteri Protectis® naturally colonizes humans it has a strong adaptation to persist and interact with humans.
Probiotics are used to assist in the treatment and prevention of conditions linked to an imbalance in the gut flora. Reuterina daily® helps to restore and maintain a healthy balance of flora in the stomach and intestines (gut) in adults and can be used to assist in the treatment and prevention of diarrhoea and constipation.

Each Reuterina daily® chew tablet contains a minimum of 100 million (1 x 10⁸) live, freeze-dried colony forming units (CFU) Limosilactobacillus reuteri Protectis® (strain DSM 17938) until expiry.
Excipients: calcium stearate, citric acid, isomalt, lemon-lime flavouring, xylitol (sweetener).
Adults and children older than 2 years of age: Chew one (1) tablet daily, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.

Can I still use my Reuterina daily® while breastfeeding my newborn?
Reuterina daily® tablets contain microflora which is indigenous to the human gastrointestinal tract (GIT) and urogenital tract, for which there are no known contraindications. However, pregnant and breastfeeding women should always consult their healthcare professionals before taking any medication.
Can type 2 diabetics use Reuterina daily® tablets?
Reuterina daily® contains xylitol as a sweetener which is safe for type 2 diabetics to use. It is advised that diabetics always consult their healthcare professional before taking any medication
Can I store my Reuterina daily® tablets in the bathroom cabinet?
No. Reuterina daily® should be stored in a cool, dry place, at or below 25 °C.
